Australia We Need Your Voice
FCAN’s National Family Court Survey Is Now Live!
For years, survivors, protective parents, and professionals have been silenced by gag laws, unheard, unprotected, and erased. The data has never been collected at scale.
Until now.
Today, the Family Court Accountability Network (FCAN) is launching a national survey documenting the real experiences of those who have been forced into the Family Court system.
This is your chance to speak truth without being identified and to help build the evidence Australia has been avoiding for decades.
The public narrative says the Court acts “in the best interests of the child,” but thousands of lived experiences tell a very different story.
Post-separation abuse.
Misidentification.
Unsafe orders.
Cold swaps.
Silenced disclosures.
Judicial misconduct.
Systemic failures that no one is measuring.
Until we do.
This survey is completely anonymous, takes around 25–35 minutes, and allows you to pause and return as needed.
You can answer as much or as little as feels safe for you.
Your story becomes data.
Data becomes evidence.
Evidence becomes change.
Australia cannot fix what it refuses to measure.
If you have ever been affected as a parent, child, professional, advocate, support worker, or community member, your voice matters here.
